As we step into a brand-new year, the entire OIS Benin family extends warm New Year wishes to our students, parents, staff, alumni, and partners. May 2026 be a year filled with growth, purpose, and the courage to dream big.
We begin this new chapter grounded in the beautiful memories of December 2025, a month that was truly fun, rewarding, experiential, and restful for our community.
Our Christmas Family Fun Fair brought together students, families, and staff in a joyful celebration of togetherness, creativity, and school spirit. It was a moment to pause, connect, and celebrate the strong sense of community that defines OIS Benin.
December also highlighted academic excellence and confidence in expression through the UEFC English Fluency Championship, where our own Manuella Adilehou of Grade 9 proudly emerged as the winner. Her achievement reflects the quality of learning, discipline, and encouragement we cultivate, empowering our students to speak up and stand out.
Adding to these unforgettable moments were the students’ trips to the United States with UNESCO, offering rich experiential learning opportunities, global exposure, and inspiration for future aspirations. These journeys reminded us that education at OIS Benin extends far beyond the classroom, it opens doors to the world.
As we kick-start the new year, we do so with a positive vibe of excellence and a renewed commitment to dreaming big. Dreaming big means believing in potential, embracing opportunity, and preparing our students to confidently shape their futures.
In this spirit, we are excited to announce OIS Benin Career Week, scheduled for 28th to 30th January 2026. This important event will expose our students to diverse professions, career pathways, and role models, helping them connect their passions to real-world possibilities.
