December 2025 at OIS Benin: A Month of Compassion & Community
December has arrived at Oak International School Benin, bringing a spirit of warmth, connection, and generosity. After celebrating Leadership in October and Service in November, we now enter a month grounded in the theme Compassion & Community, one that strengthens the heart of who we are.
At OIS Benin, we believe true education goes beyond academics. It includes kindness, empathy, and a community where every student feels uplifted and valued. December encourages our learners to extend compassion and contribute to a school environment built on care and unity.

December Program Highlights
Aventure Littéraire – 3 December
On December 3rd, students will embark on our special Aventure Littéraire, a celebration of books, imagination, and creativity. Through readings, storytelling, and literary exploration, our learners strengthen their curiosity, build empathy, and deepen their love for learning.
Stories help us see the world through the eyes of others, and that is the essence of compassion.
Christmas Fun Fair – 8 December
On December 8th, the Christmas Fun Fair will bring together students, families, and staff for a joyful celebration. Through games, performances, cultural displays, and festive activities, we celebrate community, gratitude, and the holiday spirit.
This event is more than fun, it reinforces unity and the importance of togetherness.
